Our story
Started by a pharmacist who was tired of one-size-fits-all advice
Nico Choice began in Cairns in 2019, when pharmacist Dr. Mia Chen noticed the same gap in almost every consultation: people trying to quit or switch were being handed a generic patch or a random device, with no one checking whether it actually fit their habit.
She started Nico Choice to do it differently — every order reviewed by a pharmacist first, matched to strength and format, with a real person to ask when something isn't working.
What started as a two-person practice now serves customers in every state and territory, without changing that original habit of checking before we ship.

Founded in Cairns as a two-pharmacist practice, dispensing NRT and vaping substances under consultation.
